Themes
As I have talked a lot about before, Eclipse has 2 stories/main ideas. You could also call them themes. Because I have never talked about these stories as themes, and a theme is a very important part of a book, I'm going to tell you a bit about the themes in Eclipse. The first theme is about the vampires and werewolves, the 2nd theme is about the emotions between Bella, Jacob and Edward.
For example, the author shows the 1st theme when she talks about the characteristics of vampires and werewolves. For example when the werewolves are having their bonfire and they are telling stories about their history and their ancestors. The author shows the 2nd theme when Bella is thinking about Jacob and Edward. For example, when she is thinking about how much she is hurting Jacob by being with Edward.
