What You Learn

Eclipse isn't really one of those books where you learn something new in every paragraph. I learned alot more about vampires and werwolves. Because Bella is about to become a vampire, I learn about what being human really means, and now I know a bit more about not taking being human for granted, just like Bella had to learn. Also, even though this is not an actual story that has happened in real life, and all the bad things are not actually true, I learned about not taking our privileges for granted. The author wrote the book in such a way that I could feel what the characters were feeling, that's partly why readers would learn what I learned.

I also learned about how different things are more important for different people and everyone has things going on in their life that no one else knows about, and you should always be careful when talking to people and be respectful of how their life could be very different from yours. The vampires and werewolves often jabbed at eachother about their differences, but they were just doing that because they didn't actually know the people they were talking to very well. This goes on in real life alot to, wich means you can relate to it. The whole rivalry between vampires and werewolves might not have been so bad if they had just given each other a chance. People need to give eachother chances in real life too.
